Oregon Supreme Court Nullifies Same-Sex Marriages 

The Oregon Supreme Court on Thursday nullified nearly 3,000 marriage licenses issued to same-sex couples by Multnomah County a year ago, saying a single county couldn't take such action on its own. Read the full article

U.S. Supreme Court Divided in Grokster Case 

The Supreme Court appeared wary Tuesday of punishing peer-to-peer downloading services like Grokster for copyright violation, in spite of arguments by a lawyer for the recording and movie industries that they amount to "a gigantic infringement machine." Read full National Law Journal article.

Supreme Court rules Title IX covers whistle-blower
