SJC Decision on Non-Resident Same Sex Marriage
The Supreme Judicial Court found that state law forbids nonresidents from marrying in Massachusetts if their marriage would be void in their home state. The decision, Cote-Whitacre v. Lexis-Nexis Toolbar
I just installed the Lexis-Nexis toolbar on my work computer. Using this toolbar, I can do research from any webpage. It is fairly straight forward; just enter terms or citations in the search box, choose a database, and click search. The toolbar allows you to choose between Term & Connector and Natural Language searching. I am trying out a search logic that is supposed to automatically detect whether I am using Term & Connector or Natural Language searching based on the terms entered in the search box. Could turn out to be a time saver, why not give it a try?
