Schiavo Legislation
The Senate bill granting the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida the jurisdiction to hear, determine, and render judgment in the case of Terri Schiavo is available on gpoaccess (P.L. 103-9 not yet available on gpoaccess but this is the bill that became law).
Update: This morning, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit ruled (see the decision) that the District Court did not abuse its discretion in finding that there were not substantial grounds for a TRO. (Source: SCOTUSblog) SCOTUSblog also has a concise summary of the opinion.
