New and Noteworthy
In case you missed it, today and yesterday there were a number of articles of note in the Boston globe:
- SJC found that the spousal privilege doesn't apply in grand jury proceedings.
- AT&T is going to begin requiring customers to agree that the company owns their information and can share it with government agencies.
- A verizon subcontractor lost about 1 million 911 recordings, meaning they wouldn't be available as evidence if not retrieved.
- Mayor Menino has begun podcasting. The first podcast is available at: http://www.cityofboston.gov/citycast/
